The Wagner Law Group Welcomes Attorney

Regina Snow Mandl

We are delighted to welcome well-known family law and estate planning attorney Regina Snow Mandl, who has joined our firm as a partner, effective as of April 1, 2018.

Regina, who will head our firm's new Lincoln, MA office, has over three decades of experience specializing in family law, estate planning and administration, and probate litigation. Her practice covers a wide range of family law matters including: divorces, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, modifications, contempt orders, restraining orders, custody disputes, removal cases, guardianships, and conservatorships. Regina's comprehensive estate planning practice includes: the drafting of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, HIPAA releases, and declarations of homestead.  While Regina believes that most matters can be resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and conciliation, she is adept at litigating contested family law and probate matters, including divorces, custody disputes, will contests, claims against the estate, guardianships, and petitions to partition real estate. She is also a qualified mediator and conciliator.

Regina has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2012, is rated AV 5.0-preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, and in 2014 was selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as among the "Top Women in Law."  She is certified as a financial litigator by the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators, is a founding member of the AACFL's Massachusetts chapter, and is also a founding member and past president of the Massachusetts Probate and Family American Inn of Court. She served on the Board of Trustees of the national American Inns of Court Foundation where she was elected to the Executive Committee and spearheaded the formation of the Family Law Inn Alliance. Her other professional affiliations include the Board of Trustees of the New York University Lawyer Alumni Mentoring Program and the Massachusetts Clients' Security Board. Regina is a graduate of New York University, cum laude, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Boston College Law School.

Joining Regina is experienced attorney Shanna Giora-Gorfajn, who will continue her practice in family law. Shanna is active in the Family Law Project of the Women's Bar Foundation, providing pro bono representation to low-income victims of domestic violence.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association and serves as an elected Town Meeting Member for the Town of Brookline, MA.  Before entering private practice, Ms. Giora-Gorfajn served for two years as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court and as a speechwriter for Rotary International.  Ms. Giora-Gorfajn is a graduate of Cornell University, cum laude, and Columbia Law School.
